This is not BSA issue; it is a replica spoof badge created in silver-color metallic bullion thread on white felt.
The back is a black woven fabric

The badge is 2 inches (50mm) tall by 1 1/2 inches (35 mm) wide, with a border of 1/8 inch (4 mm). These were created to accompany the bullion Commissioner badges I have on offer. This badge is on white felt; there is another sale for the Arrowhead on black felt, please see my additional items.
